Try Swedish in Turin
During Slow Food’s inspiring food fair Terra Madre in Turin Swedish food producers were present for the first time showcasing oysters, venison, goat’s cheese, rye bread, honey and Swedish schnapps. In particular, the oysters hailing from Grebbestad and souvas from Lapland were a success. In the Swedish stand we collaborated under the concept Try Swedish. I interviewed the participating producers, wrote the story and photographed for VisitSweden. You can read the newsletter here.
I have visited the Slow Food fair on five occasions and also worked with Slow Food in Sweden, including during Terra Madre in Jokkmokk in 2011. During Cheese in Piemonte in 2014 I wrote for Svenska Dagbladet, one of the Swedish dailies, on the cheeses of the world.
