News on Swedish Food

The news site Matlandet.se, which is run by the Swedish Board of Agriculture, published one news item every day about food in 2013. I wrote about 200 articles on farmers, dairies, horseradish growers, chefs and ice-cream makers in collaboration with Elisabet Bjelke at the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
I also worked on the development of the UX for the news site.

Some selected texts:
Fyra kvinnor, fem såser och en koreansk kålrätt (Four women, five sauces and a Korean cabbage dish)

Dags för annat än stora biffar, vassa knivar och hårda ord (Time for something other than big steaks, sharp knives and hard words)

I Jordanien och Pakistan är svenska mjölkkor heta (In Jordan and Pakistan Swedish dairy cows are hot)

Kroppkakor som får ölänningarna att tänka på sin mamma (Kroppkakor to make an Öland islander think of their mother)
